This book contains collected columns from Joan de Wijkerslooth - an iconic opportunist. In May 2005 de Wijkerslooth said farewell to the Public Prosecution Service (our client), to be succeeded by Harm Brouwer. He then became professor of criminal law at Leiden University, after which he retired in September 2010.
Joan’s leaving was highly noticeable inside the OM organisation. Joan's collected OM work is therefore important and comprehensive. We designed this exclusive book as a farewell giveaway for Joan. Each pages were designed with a lot of ‘air’ or room to invite audiences to really stop, focus, take the time and read the selected columns. The typography solutions and minimalist color selection through each pages were intended to reach the goals mentioned above.
